Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services or website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Appointment Booking
- All appointments require a consultation either in-person or via WhatsApp before booking.
- We recommend booking appointments at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
- For large pieces (sleeves, back pieces, realism portraits), multiple sessions may be required.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
2. Deposit and Payment Policy
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment with 48 hours notice.
- Final payment is due upon completion of your tattoo or service.
- We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
- For large projects requiring multiple sessions, rescheduling may affect project timelines.
4. Health and Safety
- You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo or permanent makeup.
- If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we will not provide service.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your tattoo or healing.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should consult their doctor before getting tattooed.
- We maintain strict hygiene standards with single-use needles and sterilized equipment.
5. Tattoo Design and Approval
- Final design approval is required before the tattoo process begins.
- Designs may be modified during consultation to ensure proper fit and placement.
- We reserve the right to refuse any design or placement that we believe will not heal well or meet our quality standards.
- Stencil placement will be adjusted until you are satisfied.
6. Aftercare
- Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing. We provide detailed aftercare instructions.
- We are not responsible for healing complications resulting from improper aftercare.
- Touch-ups may be required for certain skin types or placements.
- Touch-up policies vary by service; please ask during consultation.
7. Permanent Makeup (PMU)
- PMU results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
- A touch-up session is recommended 6-8 weeks after initial application.
- Results are semi-permanent and will fade over time.
- We cannot guarantee exact color matching due to individual skin chemistry.
8. Refund Policy
- All tattoo and permanent makeup services are final sale.
- We do not offer refunds for completed services.
- If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss options.
9. Intellectual Property
- All tattoo designs created by MJ's Tattoos are our intellectual property.
- You may not reproduce or share our custom designs without permission.
- Portfolio images are property of MJ's Tattoos and may be used for marketing purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
MJ's Tattoos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
